That depends on what you're doing. Personally I'd go for the DS3R, it's about 100 bucks cheaper too

Well i am going to ne doing alot of gaming on it. Once i have the money i will get sli and 8800's in there. Also i will be doing alot of folding aswell so i will need to overclock the prosessor on it a fair ammount. I have heard great reviews from it and i trust evga so i though that that motherboard would be SWEET ! btw i will be getting a q6600 intel qore 2 quad prosessor at 2.4 ghz 8 meg cache and i heard that is a great prosessor for overclocking 3.0 ghz +

It's a great board, but if you're not planning on going SLI, I'd advise going with a P35 board.

Good board but here's the situation:

+ Best Intel board for SLI
+ Very good gaming board
- Not known as a good overclocker

The Intel P35 chipset series is much better for overclocking, however lacks the SLI capability.

So, if you don't mind dropping the SLI, I'd suggest you go for the Gigabyte P35-DS3R or ASUS P5K.
