Need to go P5K but I have questions, plz help

I have a P5N32-E SLI with my Duo but now that I am getting a Quad I need to get a P35 board to get the full benefit... however moving to a new mobo isn't as easy as it should be for me. So much so that I have been considering getting CL3P20 to hard modd my board even though the warranty would be kaput. So you must ask why is it so dang hard for me to switch boards:

Well the P5N32-E SLI is all wired nicely, I got fast speeds with my two RAID0's and single drive which is very useful for me since I edit HD for work with this rig, I need a second video card for a third DVI for my third monitor, and I got cooling figured out for it with all the parts either mounted or waiting here for the new chip to arrive so I set it all up...

it is just a lot of work to figure it all out and also might be a lot of downtime while I do... well just uncertain how long it would take me really...

Did I mention I am broke?

For cooling I would love to be able to reuse a Evercool for the SB but I don't know it they fit, also have 8 Swiftech copper mosfets, the CPU's TT120 currently fits together with my Noctua on the NB and it had a 60mm fan on it...

The sensible and right thing to do is sell my P5N32-E SLI and go P5K... When looking at which P5K to get I have to consider the following:
I need six SATA ports and I guess the ICH9R south bridge might be better...
Then... if you look at the P5K Deluxe... my Antec Blower for the 8800GTS would not fit so either I'd have to tape those slots shut which might create too much back pressure or the hot air would go back into the case and onto the Sound card which I really beat on with editing as it is but a little fan on the other side could solve that...

The boards to consider would be these
hummm... just so much work...

do you know the answers to some of these questions I have?

The cooling on even just the plain P5K looks pretty good if you ask me...

but the stock cooling won't do even though I heard these boards run cooler than most... so I need to know if the Evercool would fit the SB and if my Swiftech copper mosfets will fit... the NB + CPU combo should fit no prob...

I just realized that I haven't asked the most important question of all:

WOULD MY RAID0's WORK IF I SWITCHED?

No they wouldn't, unless they use the same controller, then they MIGHT.

ip35 pro... as in Abit? come on... ASUS or buts! lol... j/k, know nothing about those... looking right now... anything in particular I should know about them? especially in comparison to the P5Ks?

more-over... how are they clocking the Q6600 G0? and are they ok with 4 x 1GB of HZ's?

updare on the Abit IP35 Pro... it seems to have nice HDD options! 2 external SATA ports might be handy in the future once I sell the WD 1TB... I see 6 SATA ports too and the right SB... the intel ICH9R...

I won't be able to get my Antec blower on the GTS but not that big of a deal I guess... also my Evercool might not fit on the SB...

talk to me... any Q6600 G0's running on this board yet? How about B3's?

1103 is supposed to be good... but I am planning on testing the chip with my board with current BIOS, then probably try the beta and most recent BIOS that was just released, and then consider my options if I didn't get high enough...

but 90% chances are I will only get to about 3.2GHz so I am quite set on switching MoBos (or perhaps hard modding the current)

I run 4 250gig WD in raid 10 with vista 64, and 4x1gb ram with no issues at all and oc nicely. I am only running a E6600 but someone at xs got the 8050 world record witha ip35 pro and another guy has a qx6850 at like 4850mhz on phase SS.
