Manufacturer Error on my Tuniq

So I'm trying to screw down the Tuniq, and after about 2 minutes of twisting this one screw and getting nowhere, I take it out and inspect it. They shipped me a screw with no threads!! I'm anxious to complete the build (my first build), so I've used one of the shorter screws that are intended for other sockets. Should there be any problem here? Anyone know what kind of bolts/screws these are so I can look for one locally? I live in Alaska, so shipping takes forever

As long as the shorter screw is holding tightly there shouldn't be a problem.

Omg man you just got totally owned lol... That is utterly horrible. And your in Alaksa ***? It's like they said "Awww he's in Alaksa, he won't do crap"

The smaller screw should work just fine. Just pay be sure you are screwing in two screws diagonally across from each other at the same time and having the same pressure from each screw. It might be little harder to do that with a shorter screw.
