You do realize everything they changed right? Not to mention the fact the rewrote the entire O.S. people say there is almost no difference but they don't understand almost every section of code has been changed in one way or another. (security holes for example which are in every O.S. it is unavoidable.) is that Vista uses more power then the "average" computer has. In a year or so a truly Vista capable PC will be normal so you should give that a bit of time to work out too.

I don't agree with this at all. When you go down below the surface, everything looks pretty much the same as XP. Even the "New file system" that was supposed to be included was scrapped and the old NTFS is exactly as it used to be. So if you have some real that they "rewrote the entire O.S.", I'd like to see it.

If you have a way to get the source code i would like to know, otherwise we have to believe what Microsoft tells us.
