Personally i would be more worried about the radioactiveness than if my computer was fried...

lol... the item in the listing look like something picked from junk yard. eventhough I have no knowledge about "metal cooling". But at least the seller should make it looks better if he wants $650 for it.

I used this thing for a few months on my computer and it was amazing.
I say BS.... If it was so good, why not post results? Also, watercooling can achieve deltas of 7 or less. The issue isn't the thermal conductivity of water but rather inherent thermal resistances.
Once again...

i was joking about the "radioactive" part......

has anyone ever seen anything like this before? those blocks on it dont look like they be any good for anything. and the cooling part looks like a block of copper, thats all, no "rad" so to speak.

if it was like 100 bucks, id buy it though, just out of curiosity, ive thrown my money away on worse stuff.... (ie, a evercool wc system, i feel ashamed of that purchase)

i googled the thing, and really didnt get any results that pertain to using this stuff as a cooling solution. just thought it was interesting.

SO thats a new contraption to me, ive never come across any cooling thing like that..For that price it better give me way sub zero temps...doesn't look like it would though, and i highly doubt it cost $10,000 to build.

AHhh.... no form of passive cooling will ever give you sub-zero temperatures.

I've seen these before.
