Thats a good build, i think you found a good balance between price and quality/performance. You should get a decent overclock on the CPU and you managed to up to a 8800GTS, solid build. Your RAM won't hold you back either.

Im getting that ds3r next week, I bought my bro an e2140, he's not into computers, doesn't know crap about them, only what I tell him. And I don't even know much. Either way, I might go ahead and toss in his e2140 for a day or two and see how high I can clock it, worth a shot.

Yeah, I'd hook up my FSP 400W with 12V1@18A and 12V2@16A and then another to run the drives and fans, but the FSP doesn't have PCI-E connectors

Actually, it has a 6-pin PCI connector. According to the PSU calculator, I should be more than fine if I put everything else besides motherboard and GPU on another PSU, and I don't OC until the new PSU comes on monday.
