COMPUSA? You need some guidance. He said "No" because they don't sell H2O Components. Not building cooling from them = no money for them. I would look into Water Cooling and talk to people like duckieho and other water coolers, nitteo has a QX6700 by the way.
I would recommend spending $200-300 on a good loop with quality parts. Some people see very little rises over ambient, and since your ambient is good that is good. CyberDruid has a build log with an Antec 900 + Water cooling.
Talk to Murlocke, he has a QX6700 on Air, nitteo has a QX6700 with a good water cooling loop, cognoscenti has had a Quad on Water, and duckieho just knows a lot about water cooling. Also, talk to Syrillian and CyberDruid that have built many systems and have used many Air/Water Coolers with a handful of Processors.
