Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme or Thermalright IFX-14. they perform about the same, depending on the review you look at. (thus the testing condidtions)
What is your budget?

If you want the very best, the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme with a high CFM fan is best in terms of cooling.

For quiet, the Scythe Infinity, Ninja, or Mine are all very decent (with the Mine offering best price/performance ratio)

Tuniq or Big Typhoon are still great coolers as well after a nice lapping and a few other mods.

Depending on how much you're overclocking you can also run some heat sinks (like the Ultra 120) passively. Especially with the Antec 900.
