P4 2.53 Northwood wall

Thread Starter
I got to a bit over 3 GHz with just bumping the FSB. Then when I eased the Vcore up to get my system to boot, I started running hot.

Here is my CPUz score. I have everything back to stock now, and I cleaned up my heat sink and used some Arctic silver on a clean new sink to help the cooling. How do I get my Memory to loosen up and get my ratio to 1:1 rather than 4:5?
