The incomplete list of Case modding tools. [work in progress] - Page 4

Hot glue guns are good for temporary holds but the glue likes to pop off over time, all my LEDs have started popping off recently. Tin snips are an excellent tool to have if you are working with a steel case (damn armor...)

I'll also second the snake attachment for the dremel, that thing really helped make it easier.

Yes. The nibblers do a nice job, but as the name implies the procedure can take some time.

If you have access to tin sheers (i.e. the roofing tool) then that may be a possible route. I did a window mod that ended up nice and clean with sheers.

Sawzall. Can do anything a hacksaw can do, just a LOT faster and more violent.

Can you add PSU modding tools to this list? I'm not really sure what's good, but I bought this Sunbeam kit from Petra's. It's okay, but I'm not really sure if it's the best.

Yes, I know this thread is as old as dirt, but I felt it deserved a good bump and possibly needs an update.

Thanks!

I'm really surprised this tool hasn't been mentioned yet.
It's a case modders dream tool for assembly and fit checking
I can't live without it.
