Yes, that's right.
I'm no expert, but from what I think I understand from what I've read hre, the 1:1 memory thing is only important for Intel CPU's. At least that's what I think I remember reading. Think it has to do with AMD's "off-chip" memory controller.
I've never really understood why the divider was so bad anyways.
