EDIT: The TekFrame has changed motherboards 3/16/09 so don't be confused by the ancient history below
Hey guys I caved in and broke out the LanParty. I've been wanting this board since before it came out. I ordered one then it sold before I could abuse it and ordered another and had so many other boards I felt guilty indulging myself--but after thinning the herd here at the Farm I could no longer resist and opened the box tonight about an hour ago.
Let me say that this board is some people's idea of beauty and other's not so much...Lime green and lemon yellow either make you smile or shudder. Me--I like it. Of course the performance of this board is already becoming legend.
Here's some shots of the DFI P35 T2R LanParty. I wanted to see how UV reactive it is--in usual DFI style it's POPPING. Take look.

Low light no flash no UV.

Lowlight No Flash with UV lamp on.

No LIfght No Flash UV Lamp on.

With the HD 2900XT in the slot...did you know the Red plastic is reactive? Kewl.

I am using some nice G Skill DDR2 800 5 5 5 15 with shiny red spreaders...

All wired up and ready for a G0 Q6600...should be here soon...why is California so far away?

MMMMMMM UV. UV makes everything faster. o..O
That's the tastiest motherboard I have had the pleasure of fondling in quite some time. Can't wait to start learning the BIOS on this one--I think this board will be a fairly long time project...unlike some of my recent one night stands...
More soon
