Hey guys ive been reading for about a week now and i learned a lot of awsome stuff on choosing the things to build my pc. Final Decision

p4 3.0c Northwood Goal: 3.75 @ 250FSB
p4c800-E Delux
520W Vantec PSU
Vantec 92mm Tornado
Thermalright SP94
OCZ PC4000 Gold
2 x 74gb 10000rpm raptor
LG 4120 dvd/cd burner
16x toshiba dvd
and the thing that took me the longest to decide on and im gonna take a gamble on is the thermaltake Xaser 3 v2000a case. Mainly b/c of 7 fans and great ability to kool

Anyways as the subject indicates i wanted to share an awsome website i found out about that helped me learn some thing throughout my research. http://www.3dgameman.com/ has freakin awsome kick ass video reviews on a lot of products out there and it is VERY informative. Videos are good quality and are about 4min each... I hope i was able to help some people out there by indicating this site

Oops i forgot to mention. im probably gonna get the BFG O/Ced 6800 Ultra for $500 from best buy. a friend told me he saw it there for that price. i was gonna get the leadtek 6800GT for $455 but i figure the ultra for that little more money would be a better buy.

May I ask why you didnt go for the thermalright XP-120 heatsink? Nevamind. I see it only supports 3.2 and up.

Bestbuy does have a BFG 6800 ultra for 499.99. Damn thats a pretty good price.

Grrr. some people are trying to tell me the abit max3 will be better then the asus (b/c of the whole voltage crap). i just got one question will i be able to stabaly OC from 3.0-3.75 @250 without doing mods to asus? or am i REALLY better off spending the extra $40 or so and gettting the max3?

You might get lucky and not have the problems that other people do, but if you do then your gonna have to RMA it and go through a whole mess of stuff to get a better mobo, or you can just stick with it.

man a-bit ic7 max3 ownz really bad no doubts
and i think YEAH spend ur money on it than on an asus
im not saying taht asus suck,lol
its just abit made a really good job with this mobo
it even looks so sweet
man just read the features and u will see what i mean..

Nice, I ordered mine on Saturday from BestBuy. Will be here tomorrow!!!!! I have been watching that site literally 5 times a day for the past month, waiting for that card to come in at that price.
