Doesn't mather what CPU-Z detect because it's at max 333Mhz in the Jedec specs that's why the specs at the top detect PC-5300. What is important is the EPP profile info in this case.

My PC8000 ram show up as PC6400 because the max Jedec approved specs are PC6400. Anything over is not in Jedec specifications and has to be set manually or automatic with EPP.

Actually it's reading it right. In your case the default max Jedec setting a motherboard will set your ram to is 333Mhz. Anything higher will require a board that has an EPP profile aware setting or if you set it manually.

The SPD tab should always be ignored, IMO. As long as the memory tab is displaying what you set in BIOS (which looks like a train wreck; those timings are looser than my ex), you're alright.

Try dialing back RAM speed to give you 1:1. Based on your RAM speed and ratio (5:6), it's probably 430, giving you CPU speed of 3.01GHz (assuming 7 multi). So, you would set RAM to be 430 as well (or 860, double-pumped), and tighten the timings to reference. If you can POST, bench the RAM at this speed, then you have the green light to try & tighten the timings or increase speed. It's generally not a good idea to use software to force an OC. If you can't POST, it's for a reason. I recommend using simple traditional RAM ratios like 3:2 and 5:4. 5:6 is close enough to 1:1 that you're probably getting no benefit from the additional speed... but you should benchmark to make sure.

Sometimes running RAM slower & tighter is better than faster & looser. Bench after EVERY change.
