Looks like we had the same idea with sight tube

I mounted the res right on the pump. I was going for a low buck approach, but it didn't turn out that way when I got to the checkout stand.

I also made a real simple CPU block yesterday for my chiller setup. It didn't need to be real fancy, since the sub ambient water is doing most of the work.

Hey thats nice.....I have my bucket res mounted over over my vertical pump which is about a foot lower with 3/4" tubing going to it...

Nice heavy all metal block, thats perfect for a chiller...

Hey which Iwaki do you have? I have the WMD 20 RZ....

A guy was just asking about using RTV for an o-ring and we didn't know if it works, looks like it does...

I have the WMD-20RLXT.

I replied in the thread about rtv. This is GE 159, I've had it down in the -30's no problem. I just made a new set of chipset blocks for a new DFI board, but I brazed those.

The 20 RL's are nice pumps to...I almost went ahead and bought an MD, I'm glad I didn't now this WMD is a fine pump....

I'll try to remember that about the GE 159, that handles a pretty good pull down...I guess I missed your post there...

Doorbell rang...I just got my order of scrap acetal/Delrin, about 1/10th the price of buying from McMaster.

I think I have enough for all my wierd ideas now, a nice lot of 3/4" and 1" black delrin over a foot long, might have to put that rotary table to good use now..

You find a good deal on ebay every now and then
