OCZ 2GB Voltages?

Thread Starter
OCZ 2X1GB Gold edition on the way today, people have said that they needed 2.1V for it to run, should I try at my stock voltages first? Or just put it straight to 2.1V?

Replacing to this RAM as my TEAM 1GB stick managed a high score of 956 errors on Memtest. Good eh?

I'm not sure which one you have, so check them on the OCZ website.

Thats the one I have, they just arrived. Sitting on my lap in the little packet as I type. Will put them in and report back.

EDIT - Both sticks in, put them in slots 1 and 3..Running good so far. SuperPI before wouldn't run, kept getting "could not round" errors all the time, ran first time all the way through to 28 seconds. Thats 7 seconds faster than before.

Changed the Memory Clock to 800Mhz from the 667 of my old to match my Overclock, shows up as 400MHz in CPUZ, but IIRC thats because its Dual Channel.

So far, definatly recommended to anyone looking for RAM.
