@3.3ghz my vcore is set to 1.42V

But CpuZ and other software tell me it's higher......I have no idea why it does it.

Even the AMD overclock util reports the same voltage as CPU-Z. And HWmonitor keeps crashing on me when I start it..

Its gay, I have no idea who to trust.

Weedvender.... try this beta version of HWMonitor:

http://forum.canardpc.com/showthread.php?t=28842

.... the other version kept crashing on my Biostar N750 as well. Now with the beta installed, it works just fine.

I was told by another OCN member that the asus mobo's over volt cpu by .12 So I set my vcor in bios to less then 1.42 but pc probe II, cpuz etc claim Vcor at 1.42. So I tend to believe the over volt claim. It prolly has somting do to width cool and quiet features built into mobo. even if you disable it maybe it still is used some how by os.

That makes sense N2Gaming

But I did a little test......at stock clocks I brought my voltage all the way down to 1.15V in Bios and my reading still stayed @ 1.30V. It was only when I brought the Bios Vcore upto 1.25V that the Readings Changed LOL.

@3.3ghz I can run Vcore @1.41V But my benchmarks increased just a little at 1.42V.

I kinda just ignore Vcore readings and use what works ( temps are the huge part).

yeah but the last thing I want is my processor running at 1.60v under stress and I wont know about it. The voltage mettering is really out of control.
I dont care for temps since I have a good cooler.

I agree with both of you's to a point. I care about votages and temps and like to keep them both in check.

I read some where that these Brisies have a broken thingie that monitors temps so I don't depend to much on temps. I mostly rely on stability testing. So far from what I can tell my Brisbane don't like being pushed over 50C.

I'm at 3.2Ghz and 1.4v, but I had to lower the multiplier, which worked out because I got a nice overclock on my RAM. I had to run 1.42v to get completely stable with 16x200.

for some reason I can not get my fsb stable over 220
