8800gt with Accelero S1 AND FAN Mod, LOTS of Pics

First off, thanks to Mattngsx for the idea of putting an Accelero S1 on an 8800gt. I personally have an eVGA 8800gt SC and hated the stock cooling single slot cooling POS. I dont have any temperature numbers yet, but according toATI Tool it idles at 28c and never broke 50c! I ran ATI Tool for 8 hours to make sure it was stable and no artifacts playing games or benchmarking. Is this good enough testing for stability?

Heres the clocks I hit:
GPU- Stock: 650, OC: 730
Memory- Stock: 950, OC: 1000
Shaders- Stock: 1625, OC: 1827
With these settings in my sig rig, I hit 13, 715 3d Mark 06 Points. Not bad for on air and a dual-core.

I am using 169.09 drivers, I see Forceware 169.12 is out for vista but not XP yet, will definately look into it soon. Now I am still playing around with the settings and can set them higher, but then it starts to artifact. I want to find a volt mod, anyone know of any? All togethor, I spent just over $30 on the cooler, some extra koolance ram sinks, and a cheap rosewill fan to test it out. I'm thinking a faster fan might help a little. I attached the fan with zip ties and it doesn't move around at all, no vibrating noise, nothing.

Some other numbers for comparison:
3D Mark 05 - 19,754
3D Mark 03 - 42,628
Aquamark 3 - 170,430

I apologize for the poor quality of the pics and pasting the screenshots into word, I didn't consider this a fancy mod. Heres before and after pics installed, I first mounted the fan with zip ties and cut the power cable for the fan, removing the molex adapter and sleeving it.

Heres some more pics of installatioon. I used the koolance blocks on the ram and the artic cooling ones on the voltage regulators. If you look closely, you can see the bottom-right one fell off. I got it reattached after. I also threw in a couple pictures of the comparison between the coolers. The first one is closer up of it unistalled to try and show where I mounted the zip-ties.

what volts did you use to get those clocks stable?

Thanks. Didn't have to remove the sticker at all and no troubles mounting it either. All done on stock volts, do you know how they can be adjusted? I just assumed it needs a volt mod of some sort. EDIT-Added a picture of the back. It's absolutely horrible up close, but you can see the sticker and the four screws for the Accelero. One screw is close, but not a problem.

Would you do me a favor and measure the total setup height, including fan ??

Starting at the back (top) of the video card until the bottom of the fan....what is the height ?

The specs say 32mm for the S1 and I guess 25mm for the fan...is it really 57mm thick ?

I'm trying to figure out if it will fit my case...I have a PCI sound card in the bottom slot...

Thanks !
