You Asus PK board comes with a Asus update program that allows you to update BIOS in Windows. Download the latest Asus update program from their website (the one in your setup cd can be outdated), run it, click the update from file and select the .rom file from the popup screeb.

I can't get Asus' website to load, keeps getting a dead page. Where would the auto updater be if I had it? Or do you know of a diff site with a good link?

You can do two things. When you download the .rom files, which usually comes ZIP'ed, you can unzip and update through the Asus Update Utility. This can be found on your disc that came with the mobo, or you can get it through the same site as where you got the BIOS. The other way is to load the .rom file onto a USB drive, and when you boot up, go into the BIOS and use the EZ flash utility. Select the USB drive, and then the .rom file located inside it. From there the BIOS should update. Make sure you are using the latest stable BIOS, none of those beta ones.
