I'm going to try the $5 cable solution first, but from what I am reading on various tech-heavy forums I do not believe that it will work very well. It seems that the signal gets across but gets distorted when it hits the monitor because it confuses the monitor. Since I think
I can dig up one of these cables for free I will give it a shot... but I haven't seen a single instance out there of anyone saying that this solution works.
If that doesn't work I'm going to give the Neoya product a shot. I guess being a DINK makes $60 a pretty trivial amount of money to me. Meh.
