The Official Lian Li Owner's Showcase Thread - Page 132

Gawh! This thread is like computer porn... I had to stop myself after three pages and get back to studying for finals.

I'm planning on retiring my A1200 and buying a new case for a rebuild in the next couple weeks. I'm really liking the Corsair 650D's aesthetics, dimensions, and cable management, as well as the Fractal Design R3/Define XL for the "silence". Though, with Lian Li around, I think it's time to expand my horizons.

I need recommendations!
Low noise footprint is a must, without sacrificing too much airflow; I would like to leave the computer on overnight, but I have a hard time sleeping with any noise in the room (not possible with a stock A1200). I'm still deciding on how my case will be oriented (there's a good chance that the left side will be up against a desk), so having a black interior and a side window may not even matter, though definitely a plus. Oh, and 650D-level cable management? Maybe?

Please and thank you smile.gif

This thread got me all riled up when I decided on finally abandoning my horrible antec 900SE. So here it is.

My new PC-X900 with more pictures to come when I have better lighting and time to properly shoot it:

Thanks, guys. It's hard to explain how great lian li finishes their metal and how much goes into making it all look and feel top notch in person (it was a pleasure to build in).

I remember reading in this or another case-related thread how no one who invests in a lian li ever complains about the cost. So true; this thing greatly setback my savings for better graphics but really elevates the aesthetics of the room it's in and my attachment to my pc (hahaha but honestly).

Pictures this week and rethanking everyone for contributing to this thread. Glad I joined the family and some beautiful rigs here.
