It's an extended depth and width Lian-Li made specially for Velocity Micro. I paid quite a bit for it, and the computer that came in side at the time, but I've learned so much from it that I feel like it was totally worthwhile. Plus I have this kickass case forever, see?

I want to see if Velocity Micro will sell me one of their Monarch Orange Lian-Li cases for my next build, but that's about a year off:

Imagine that thing with an outline of the OCN flame cut out in the side panel, and blue lights behind. You heard it here first - it was my idea!

Currently using antec900, it pisses me off so much. i really didnt do enough homework before i bought that one. the Lian should see me thru several genrations of pcs now. Im really sick of buying a case every 2 years. wasted money. they get really rusty here from salt spray.
come-on 2weeks!
Quoting myself here. Ive been waiting for this case, now they tell me its discontinued, am unable to get it now. So ordered the Lian Li PC-A70A Classical Aluminium (the correct spelling btw Americans!) Full Tower Case Silver $239.00 instead.
What im after in these cases is having the Hdd bays side on with 2nd set of 120mm fans on the hdd as pull setup. Really need to get my hd's cooler, right now in my antec 900 they're 44c, and its not even summer! I've bought some Kaze 120x38mm, anyone know if they will fit in the front if i replace stock fans?
I don't care about the hot swap a great deal, it looks breakable and if 1 port on it is broken maybe the whole thing has to go.

That's a great case Nazul.

It's been a while since I had that cage in my A70, but as far as the 38mm fans up front, I want to say there isn't going to be quite enough room. That said, if you remove the plastic clippy things from the mid-ships fan support, you should be able to rig them up to it without any clearance issues. (they'd also likely be a lot quieter in there)

I'm thinking on the motherboard side, rather than the HD cage side.

Show us pics when you get it. I don't think I've seen anyone with the silver version yet.

I'll have to keep it out of the sun, i think the silver will be blinding with reflection
I hear you about room at the front, i was also thinking about drilling out the rivets and moving the hdd cage back to allow fans to fit at the front. I did have plans to remove those plastic-clippy things from the mobo side of hdd cage. they looked like an air-flow impedence.
thanks

Just got round to installing my gear into my new PC-60F an I'm very impressed. I have removed the HDD cage for extra airflow and space. Cable management was a PITA with this case, but I managed okay (ish). Temps are great and its silent (apart from my HDD but I will sort that out soon) I really like the look of the front too

Pics -

Hoping to buy the lian-li windowed side panel or get this one laser cut. Miles better than the case I had before.

Here's a couple from mine.

A pure MESS of wires until I get some rubber C-channel to cut holes in the motherboard. All my components are there though...

I just bought the PC-60FW model today. Will arrive in 2 days according to Newegg. I'm still trying to figure out what's the difference between the PC-7FW and PC-60FW. I chose the 60FW over the 7FW solely because my buddy likes the intake grill design better than the 7FW.

I will post unboxing and before and after pics when everything arrives.
