I placed order #5551 on 12/26. I called and left details as required for a different ship to address. The order still shows (processing). I have sent 2 emails and left a voice mail message and have received no response.
I read through this forum and most everyone agrees that the customer service is excellent. I don’t understand why I'm being ignored.
I would simply like to know when and if my order is going to ship. The motherboard was in stock when ordered.
