Another order issue

I placed order #5551 on 12/26. I called and left details as required for a different ship to address. The order still shows (processing). I have sent 2 emails and left a voice mail message and have received no response.

I read through this forum and most everyone agrees that the customer service is excellent. I don’t understand why I'm being ignored.

I would simply like to know when and if my order is going to ship. The motherboard was in stock when ordered.

Seeing as how Tankguys is a small company, they very well may be spending time with their familys for the holidays. You did place the order the day after Christmas. Or they could be backlogged and they are working their way down the list. If the mobo showed in stock when you ordered it, I'm pretty sure you will get it.

hrrmmm... I sent you an e-mail back on 12/27, perhaps it got marked as SPAM or something? In any case, sorry about that! We definitely weren't ignoring you

Anyway, the gist of the e-mail I sent was that unfortunately, the board is in fact sold out. Two people ordered the last one at nearly the same time - the other guy beat you by literally 5 seconds. Since it doesn't subtract stock until an order is actually placed, that's why it still showed as available when you ordered.

I gave you a couple options:

1 - We can just cancel the order and issue a full refund

2 - We can submit a drop ship order w/ DFI and try to have one sent directly to you, but it may be a couple days before they get it out.

Either way, we're certainly happy to help - just let me know which option you'd prefer. Either post here, or just PM me. At least this way we know the e-mails aren't getting lost
