That would be up to the individual seller, PM whoever you want to buy an item from and ask.

Most people that say other things than "US (and/or Canada) Shipping only" usually doesn't have a problem with it, as long as they get payment first.

May I ask why it is necessary to add "for sale" and "wanted" to the titles when there are separate forums for each Just wondering.

OK that makes sense now, Just thought it was kinda redundant to put "for sale" or "wanted" in the the for sale or wanted section but now I see why.

Recently my fiance had been talking to a member through pm, and we agreed to purchase something, send part of the money now and the rest at a later specified date...that was about a week or so ago, and we were never given a response to the last pm sent to him. Now he has the same item up for sale for a higher price in the for sale thread... my question is, what can we do, since it was already agreed upon that we buy it?Are we supposed to just drop it and forget about it, or is there someone specific we need to speak with? I think this is just as bad as a buyer backing out for no GOOD reason, is it not? Are we able to give him a bad trader rating for that as well?

Thanks in advance~froggy1986

Please contact either The Duke or Taeric about this. Make sure that you provide them the link to the item in question and the agreement you and the seller had (PM's). Thanks

If you paid via paypal you could initiate a claim. Paypal gives him XX amount of time to respond, and if he doesnt, they seize the $.

You probably would have been best to PM Taeric. But my guess is there is some delay in processing those who have just got 35reps before they can post in the marketplace. Just wait a day or so and you should be able to post a thread. It is not unique rep that determines it by the way
