Please maybe we will understand and sympathize with you but until we know what happened all we see are a few typos.
thats why I showed the whole email...
first I emailed them saying my ram died and asked about RMA
second they emailed me back saying that I needed to ship them my ram and they will confirm its cruicial and to give some information they listed etc
third: I emailed them back with the information, and attached a picture, just to see if a picture would prove its crucial enough for them... not really expecting that to be enough of course, but it sure would have saved some of my downtime)
fourth: they sent me an email with that gibberish
I expected an email for the fourth saying something like, we received your information and will send you new ram when we confirm its actually crucial as the picture wasn't enough
