I'm not all that familiar with a lot of the bands that I see posted here but more than any other band I LOVE Metallica!!! I love everything about them... the new stuff, the old stuff, it's all Metallica to me. I hate all the "they sold out" crap that some ppl say. The new stuff is an evolved grown up version of the same old band. If they never changed then ppl would complain that their music sounds the same. I think that the band as a whole are some of the most absolute most talented musicians IN THE WORLD. James writes about 80-90% of everything and not matter what he write, no matter how complex his tabs are Kirk can and has played it. The new guy Rob is also insanely talented equally as Jason is. IMHO there is no better more talented band ever in history. Just through in any album new or old and listen to the music, go deep inside your head and just listen to the sounds that they put together. I feel that no other musicians can make the same instruments sound so perfect together. And to think that at least 75% of what you hear is written and put together by one man.. at least for the most part. James was a crazy control freak at one point in time and would not let anyone have a word in regarding his music. If you told him that you thought that this would be a better note to use than his, just the look he would give you was enough to burn a hole in your head and make you shut up in fear of his wrath lol. Now that I am through with my long Metallica shpeal.

I also love Mudveyne, Slipknot, and Tool... these are my four favorite bands.

i've seen the first 2 shows as well, and i think it's a good thing they reduced the number of band. the first year, they had fear factory, but they played only 30 minutes. that was 30 awesome minutes, but it was too damn short

All Fear Factory shows should only last 30 mins. Burton C Bell can't sing for any much longer. I saw them with Decapitated, Hypocrisy and Suffocation last year. Great show, but Fear Factory didn't play Zero Signal and Burton sounded like **** towards the end.
