these have much more static pressure which is typically better for a radiator setup.

These move more air, but at the cost of being louder, however, I think at lower speeds these still move more air. Look through the forums there is a very thorough review of these fans and others with real CFM numbers.

They're good at stock voltage or slightly under, but they don't undervolt that well. I've got a dozen but I might switch back to the Slipstreams because of the noise.

I don't know what your talking about.

I couldn't get slipstreams to do anything worth while at less than 7V, and they wouldn't usually start at less than 7V.

The San Ace would run and start at less than 7V. My opinion on these was that they were far better than the slipstreams I had. I ended up moving the slipstreams to places in the case that I could care less about. The results and testing is out there, these are better than slipstreams in just about every way...except cost and availability.
