I found that on MY particular I had lock-ups @ 3.2 and 3.4GHz with any voltages less than about 1.41. I'm not a master at OC'ing but just keep bumping your voltage. If you are @ 1.45 or 1.46 and 3.2 and it still won't work it's something else. My NB Voltage is also 1.45. Don't recall my CPU FSB voltage, I should check that... maybe bump that a little.

Yeah I am note sure about the tempatures either. Idle temps are:
36C
35C
34C
34C
I made sure my pump is running and it damn near sucked my finger up the tube lol, so I know that is working and the temp of the liquid is very cool.

You are fine. Just try bumping diff voltages. Don't go over 1.55 on the NB def. Dont' go over 1.5 on the CPU you shouldn't need that much for anything.

i also struggle to get 3.2ghz on this board. it has HUGE FSB walls.

the only really stable clock i was able to get was 3.6ghz @ 1.43vcore, NB @ 1.4v, VTT @ 1.4v, SB @ 1.5v.

make sure you have the P31 bios though. PM me if you need some detailed help, i've spent a lot of time with this board. i managed to get it to 4ghz.

You can update the 680i LT with the P31 BIOS? I thought they were limited to the 680i SLI series only, not the LT versions. According to the XFX site, our BIOS for the LT only goes up to P07 BIOS.

Hi gtarmanrob,

Can you give me your tried and tested setup for this board, i'm stonewalling at 3.4 and want to go to 3.6 - 3.8 or 4.0 if my sys will handle it.

I've got the exact same board (evga 680i LT) and proc q6600 G0 and love to know your settings for the previous GHZ is you want to disclose them....

Thanks!

hey mate. well i changed my mobo, but i managed to get a solid 3.6ghz stable.

set the multi to 8x and FSB to 1800 (450mhz FSB).

set the Vcore to 1.43v (well make sure if you have Vdroop you counter for that so you obtain 1.43v) .. have you applied the pencil mod for this board? HIGHLY suggest you do, mine was massive. go here

for the NB, set it to 1.4v, SB to 1.5v, VTT to 1.4v and leave the HT thingy at 1.2v.

i set my ram to 2.05v 4-4-4-10-1T @ 900mhz.

pretty sure thats all there is to it.

i was also able to get 3.9ghz with a 9x multi, but that was BIG volts, and i have water cooling.
