Q3: That's vdroop. Vdroop is to describe the difference/fluctuation from idle to load. The idea is to proven the voltage reached to max voltage and drop back to a reasonable level so it can lowers the overall impedance. If vdrop too much, it will lead to a unstable system. So, when we say vdrop, we have three vcores, one for bios, one for idle and one for load. Therefore, you set 1.33 in bios, you may see 1.296 in idle then less 1.296 in load under cpu-z.
I currently have mine @ 3ghz but i used a VIDmod to get it to 1.34v. I'll be upgrading to a better mobo soon (my mobo doesn't have vcore adjustments) and also just want to know, your answer to question 1: 1.5v...is that in the BIOS or CPU-Z?...
