cpu-z and uguru report 2 differet voltages one u guru is the temp i have set and cpuz is way over that

I usually trust coretemp for temps, but it very well could be off. I would go by which ever one is higher to stay on the safe side.

As far as voltages, programs are notorious for misreading voltages. The only way to get an accurate reading si with a multi-meter.

i am an electrician so i have a multimeter and know how to use one where do i measere that voltage from on my MB

That, I don't know. Each mobo is a bit different. You'll have to search around for a diagram or something.

vdroop? I have yet to have a board where the actual voltage is what it is set to in BIOS. Granted, I have never used a meter to check voltages to see how much they droop, but the do droop.

It could be vdroop, but yeah just check the bios.

uguru is right on with what i have set in bios 1.31 v but CPUz in registering 1.4 volts which worrys me cause i have am having abnormal high temps right now
