Right now, with my TRUE my Q6600 is 18C idle and 38C under gaming load. Of course, I currently have one of the 8800 GTX's out of it while I'm swapping out it's cooler for a duorb. (one a time means I can "take my time" lol...)

I still want to get the backside cooler (IFX-10) so if someone *does* manage to find a vendor with stock, pass it along, please... I haven't even started in O/C'ing this machine but when I do I plan to really push the forced-air limits. ;-p
Have you tried Sidewinders?

Here's the read-out from everest, as of right now (had to remote into the machine from work, lol)...

-----edit-------
Temperatures:
Room Ambient: 22 °C (72 °F)
Motherboard: 28 °C (82 °F)
CPU: 21 °C (70 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #1: 36 °C (97 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #2: 36 °C (97 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #3: 31 °C (88 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #4: 37 °C (99 °F)
MCP: 43 °C (109 °F)
GPU: 54 °C (129 °F)
GPU Diode: 60 °C (140 °F)
GPU Memory: 54 °C (129 °F)
GPU Ambient: 49 °C (120 °F)
----------------

That's the stock 8800 GTX running hot as hell in there... and the reason I'm going to try a duorb on them. If I don't get enough off that, my next option is to pop the top on the IHS over the GPU. :crosses fingers: Really don't want to do that...

This is with the duorb finally installed... (keep in mind this is only with one card in there now, the other card is now on the mod-bench)

----------------------------------------------
Temperatures:
Ambient: 23 °C (75 °F)
Motherboard: 29 °C (84 °F)
CPU: 21 °C (70 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #1: 37 °C (99 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #2: 37 °C (99 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #3: 32 °C (90 °F)
CPU #1 / Core #4: 36 °C (97 °F)
MCP: 44 °C (111 °F)
GPU: 43 °C (109 °F)
GPU Diode: 53 °C (127 °F)
GPU Memory: 43 °C (109 °F)
GPU Ambient: 41 °C (106 °F)

----------------------------------------------

I also recently ordered the IFX-10 (now that sidewindercomputers.com has one, after a month of bugging them and ThermalRight, directly) so I'm going to put that on as a cpu-backside cooler and I'll finally be ready to start overclocking.
