cpu problem?

i dunno if this is in the right place, but.

my setup is below. i dont think im getting optimal performance out of my system. it seems like my cpu tops out before everything else. i would overclock it but i have no idea how. that why i joined this place. i want to learn but i think i need a full walkthrough for the first try. if anyone could give me pretty exact details on what to do, id appreciate it.
thanks

In the intel cpu part of this forum there is a good guide at the top. I dont know your board I cant explain it real well but basically you just move the FSB up SLOWLY. Also it shouldnt max out first, your graphics card probably should in your case. Why do you think it is your cpu?
