asus p5b deluxe

hi guys , i got one question to ask

i overclock my system to 3.6 and its running fine at 3.4vCore. and now the weather is kinda hot. so i lower the FSB+Vcore after i shutdown the comp. and i try to start again it won't start even the cpu fans . everything went blank. the the light on mobo still on.

plz help if u got any ideas. thanks i've tried everything already.

Pull the psu plug, reset the psu a few times while cycling the front panel power switch.
See if it'll boot, if not then clear CMOS.

Also reseat your ram, the P5B gets the stupids sometimes and needs a good swift kick.

yea i tried that already didn't help. everything is running fine until i plug the 12V cable into the mobo nothing is running. u know the 12v cable from ur power supply.

I'm a little confused, first you said changing the oc started the problem and now you say it's from plugging in the cpu power connector.

What brand/model is your psu.

Did you plug the 4 pins into the correct side of the connector?
