Also, this server has a Dell Remote Access Card which allows BIOS level access from ANYWHERE in the world. Just requires a web browser. AWESOME.

Eric
Yeah, HP has that as well, I believe it's called "Lights Out"....I haven't ever used it before, so let us know how it works if you configure it

I use only HP servers......I hate Dell personally heh

But... but... but... they're the only big manufacturer who fights the man (read M$) by selling PC with linux pre-installed.... The guy who owns dell made it clear on several occasions that Mr. Gates would not push him around, and while they do charge too much, their laptops pwn, and they get respect for taking on Microsoft in my book.

Yeah, Dell laptops are not bad at all....I have a D610 that I installed Linux Mint on, and it works great

But HP has the Blackbird 002

I know I'm motivated. Sounds like you really are making the best of what you were given. Smart choice with your setup, not only are eliminating tons of licensing fees but you are making your whole business faster.
Repped for being a self-starter. You deserve it.

I'm gonna be SO happy when the internet connections get installed on Tuesday. I'm currently downloading updates at 150kB/s. That's the max of the connection. On tuesday, I'm bringing in 2 8mb download/1mb upload lines and linking them together. NICE
