Yeah i totally agree... when i got my eVGA mobo from them, it was ovbiously an rma'd item repackaged.. there was a ton of thermal paste still around the cpu clamps... looks like someone put too much paste on and fried their cpu.. i was pissed..
So i called back.. they refunded me half the price of the mobo and let me keep it ( i tested it and it runs perfect to this day).
newegg has stellar customer service.. . between newegg / evga.. i am a totally happy camper.
