I'd say go E2180 for 59.99 on tigerdirect OEM.... amazing deal - and get a good cooler.... AC7, Zalman 95/9700 or Tuniq (on sale for 39.99) ... and OC the CPU... not work the 6400 for the money when you can run a 2180 at 3+

Sorry, but we get screwed over here in the UK. An e2180 costs about the equivalent of$90-100 . A Tuniq costs $80
