Some Help with ATI Tool

Thread Starter
I'm having trouble getting ATI Tools to work properly. I had it working fine before but I tired swapping to a different GPU that turned out to be fried. Now I cant get ATI tool to work again. I've uninstalled it along with the new Nvidia drivers and everything is back the way it was before the swap. When I try to find the max core ATi tells me "The video card you selected for overclocking in ATITool does not seemed to be used by windows. Visual Testing has been disabled. To fix this, go to display properties, settings and enable the monitor output of the card.

I'm not sure what this means? I've looked all through my display setting and the Nvidia control panel and can't figure out what I'm supposed to fix.
