is this anygood. will be powering in the futre and amd dual core, 2hdd, 4gigs ram and a 8800gt/9600gt

Definately not. Especially with a card like those which can draw 200+ watts at load you'd want something with a bit more oomph on the 12V rails. I'd go for a seasonic or something if you can afford it or even a Coolermaster Extreme 550W (mine has been stable as a rock for over a year now).
