Alright so im OC'ed to 3.1 Ghz @ 1.37V passes orthros runs everything no BSOD no problems at all i wanna reach 3.2 Ghz im on 1.45V, but its still not stable, @ 1.40V orthros crashes within 30 seconds as each Voltage is increased the time is increased, should i stop aiming for 3.2? which im sure this cpu is capable of doing, @ 1.45V it crashes after nearly 5 minutes, so im thinking im not giving it enough voltage, temps on full load on core temp are in the 40's but on the Ai Booster they're astronomical what should i do? acccording to Coretemp i have room to up the voltage to reach 3.2 but idk which to trust and idk if anything above 1.45V is too high for my current cooling. Or do you suggest i go after 3.2 in another manner?, if so how? thanks

You'll likely need 1.475 to hit 3.2-3.3.
Keep the full load below the low 50c range though!

ok i ran the Everest stability test and look the core1 and core 2 temps are under 50 @ 1.475Volts 3.2Ghz, but then the "CPU" temperature is at 74 which matters the cpu or the core temps? because i thought the 2 cores were the cpu

CoreTemp isn't the problem, some MBs report the temps incorrectly.
What is the BIOS temp reported? If its accurate it will reflect 80% of the full load. Also, at that voltage the BIOS should be reporting at about the mid/high 30c range.
Another factor, your HSF, its good all right, but is dependent on very good case air flow to work its best.

Keep the full load temp below the low 50c range!

Yeah believe me when I say that you aren't going to get accurate core temperatures on a Brisbane chip with an M2N-series motherboard. It's not that there's anything wrong with them (I love mine!) but when I see someone mention getting weird temps with their Brisbane, they almost always have an M2N (mostly because they're wicked popular).

Brisbane's temp sensors are known to be somewhat faulty in the temp reporting department. But to error on the safe side I would recommend you remount your heatsink with some AS5 if you haven't already. I would also recommend an aftermarket heatsink especially if you are getting in the 1.475 - 1.5vcore area on your chip. I was able to hit 3.2 on my 5000be with 1.475v stable. Good Luck!

Easy to know if its too hot that way =]

well weird stuff, idk maybe i have to hit 1.5V to get it stable, right now im @ 3.1Ghz on 1.37V everythign stable. I can't hit 3.2 idk why , i dropped from DDR800 to DDR667 to see if it would help it but nothing =/. Even lowered the multiplier to 12 and just did it the good old fashion way , by raising the fsb and i can hit 3.1 but the minute i hit 3.2 its not stable @ 1.47 V i can run orthros for 5 minutes then i get hardware failure i didnt want to go past 1.47V cuz idk what temps are correct =/ i have a medium size cased but im saving up to go liquid cooling soon im also waiting on my PSU to arrive this week, but anyone know or have an idea as to why i can't get stable @ 3.2GHz? i would try 1.5V but i think thats too high tbh(to be honest)

Ambient temps?

My 5KBE hits 3.2 easily on 1.45 vcore. Maybe try reseating your HSF?
