The picture you see is 1 of the problems i just build this pc less then a week fresh install of xp 32bit, and another problem is pop ups and before you think anything yes ive looked at all the pop up threads but doesnt seem to be a solution in any of them, both problems happen when i open internet explorer, the pop ups and that picture you see there.
helpp meee i cant reformattt i have like 40gigs already and i already registered xp.
calm down, first off try a system restore if you have any restore points. This will set the critical windows files back to what they were when the restore point was taken, if you don't have a restore point bring up the task manage (ctrl. alt. delete) and check your processes tab, its easy to check any process name with file extension on google and you should get a description of what it is on one of the first hits. Depending on if you have done certain updates for windows you might have some sort of malicious software, in my opinion running IE doesn't help anything use firefox or something else.

could be a bad cd, or maybe you installed with a non-stable OC
could be but it seems like its not being caused by a hardware issue unless its from ram or something
edit: has this been happening since you built your computer or is it just started?
Yes, ive also done a restore as close to the begining as i could, and firefox its the same problem, also all the process iknow, or maybe im blind or something
its an issue with the explorer.exe which is pretty much the gui for the windows its self it sounds verry much like a malicious software. try getting avg free then install, update and run the scan. once you get the files downloaded unplug your computer from the internet to keep anything from phoning home. if this doesn't work Im not sure what to do then.
heres the link to avg. http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Vir...dlpid=10760089
"edit: has this been happening since you built your computer or is it just started?"
no it started like 2 days ago, im so pissed because i havent had a pop up since year 2004 iknow how surf the internet i dont understand howwwwwww all i do is go in newegg, go to my bank account, some music, and play games thats it.
if removing the NAVHELP or NAVHELPER program doesn't work do a full scan sweep of the system using what AJR recommended above I have to sleep now. Good luck
Ouch thats pretty bad!!! I havnt go anything else to add that might help since everyone else has said everything i would of done. But if all else fails, you could pimp slap your pc lol.
