It's the "Better, More Overclockable, Runs cooler with less voltage" 2nd Version of the Q6600. When you Open up CPU-Z, you'll see It has a Stepping Version and a Revision, Go Stepping is the One most people want, B3 is the first series and may have more trouble overclocking or staying cooler. I'd suggest checking which version you have as it gives everyone a better idea of your CPU's Limitations, After which , Update your Sig-Rig with Either Go or B3 to help people help you ^^d
Here's the link for CPU-Z
And Here is Hardware Monitor, which works well for checking your Temps if you don't have it already. It also tracks your min/Max to give you an idea of how hot you're getting during Gaming, Benchtesting or any time when your desktop isn't visible.
32 Bit Version: http://www.cpuid.com/download/HWMonitor_108.zip
I suggest Running HW Monitor, After startup, wait about 5 mins then write down your temp, Run a game or Prime 95 for a bit and get those temps, Run 3dMark06 which is a good Test for checking Actual Strain on your PC during High setting gaming. You can go from there =)
