[Physorg] Microsoft email prepares workers for Yahoo takeover. - Page 3

I had the pleasure of running microsoft windows ME and vista in their early days and they alone tell me everything I need to know about how the company operates. I guess the only thing worse would be if Aol took over.

@lemans81

I dont understand your logic... you will trust your machine to run their OS, and hence you trust most all of your data to Microsoft, yet you don't trust your email to them?

I don't have a choice, linux won't run my games and apple/mac are too pricy and don't allow me my upgrades/overclocking.

I have no doubt my email will be fine, I just don't like Microsoft as a company or how they conduct business. As for os's options are a bit limited.

Everyone hates big business. Which is borderline communism. Microsoft started out from scratch and bill gates eventually grew it into an empire because of his superior products and innovation. I envy the man. He's a genius. Regardless of how he cough*stole*cough from xerox.
They weren't doing anything with GUI and felt it was a failure anyhow.

If it wasn't for microsoft we wouldn't be discussing this right now, we'd still be living in the early 90's running DOS.

i like yahoo search way more then google.i notice when i look for pics on google they just take random pics and just mix everything up. yahoo has a tendency to keep most of the stuff organized by web sites and key words. especially useful for pron wink wink

The thing I like about Yahoo is its news sections. I hope Microsoft doesn't screw that up.

Microsoft is slowly taking over every computer market out there... I believe that they are buying all the large search engines so that eventually you will be forced to us IE 7 or whatever...

It could also be the same with Vista... They could have made XP games compatible but no, they changed the market to there wishes.

I could be totally wrong here so please excuse me being an idiot!
