That being said, I'll wait for more reliable sources to judge on this matter.
Why does it phail?

I'm not getting a hard time about it. I'm just saying that we have the right to say what we want about our government. You can say it doesn't phail and I can say it does.

I dont disagree. But when you wantonly say the govt sucks and this and that, expect to defend yourself. That's all im saying. And if youre not going to defend yourself, it's better left unsaid.

You're right, and though I'm not the person who originally brought up the issue of the "suckiness" of our government, I will name the first 3 reasons that come to mind.

1. George Bush
2. The War on Terrorism
3. Economic "Stimulus" Package

And the thread has successfully been derailed.

I too side with phail on many counts, but not all. If the government phails, then its' people phail as well... we phailed to help them help us help you.

I agree with the first 2. The third is going to allow me to see a $600 check in may/june. When you live paycheck to paycheck, it's helpful. (Short term answer to a long term problem though)

Please, PLEASE tell me that quote in your sig is not from the scientology guy... If it's not I apologize for my ignorance.
