Which p35 motherboard for Q6600 gaming rig.

Hello folks.
Im going to be buying all the parts for my first pc build this week. I have all the part figured out except for my motherboard. Im going to go with a p35 chipset and i can spend between 100-200ish max on the mobo. I would like to be around 3.2-3.6 on my OC. These are the parts:

Q6600 Cpu
Tuniq Tower Cooler
Corsair TWINX 2GB PC6400
XFX 8600GT XXX Edition vid card
Antec 900 Case
500W Psu

The question now is which p35 motherboard. I was originally going to go with a XFX 680i lt, but it seems that mobo doesnt OC verywell with quads. So its gonna be a p35 board. ($100-200max)

some boards ive been looking at:

p5k-e wifi
Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
p5k deluxe
Abit IP35 Pro
p5k preminum

can someone help me choose one as this is my first build.

i currently have my Q6600 running @ 3.3 24/7 folding. dont know how far it can go! i get deccent temps with the zalman 9700, so you should do really well with the TT. i'm on the Gigabyte P35-DS3L. new egg has them on sale right now, dont pass it up!

edit: the P35-DS3L is $79.99, that is a great price for a great board. i actually have 3 of them for folding rigs, and just ordered another one!

The IP35 pro is a Great board. But For my money I love my $139.99 Asus P5K-E.I had a Abit IP35 and now i have the Asus P5K-E and with a very easy V drop modded this board has no v drop. I set the bios to 1.425v and i get 1.408 according to cpuz and it doesnt budge.
