Don't worry about it. Just about all the ASUS owners will tell you that PC Probe doesn't work properly. Just uninstall it. Thats the first thing to do. Next get a good PC monitoring program. A couple of good ones are linked below.
Just a note these programs will try to read sensors that arent necessarily on your motherboard. So if you get strange readings like 200C or -30C dont be alarmed.
Then like Danbeme said set the voltages manually in your BIOS. Then you know
what range it should be in. Some chips overvolt and some under. Read through this forum to get an idea what would be recommended. I cant help you because I run intel and I am not familiar with that BIOS.
