Spearsar, this occurred on my DFI nForce DR board. I was testing a few overclocks and I started getting random errors at POST and after POST. For some odd reason my drive wasn't being recognized. At one point the BIOS saw the drive but Windows reported "missing" system files.
What kind of overclock are you shooting for?
