Tuniq Tower 120 (Blue LED Fan)

Not worth the extra $5.

I have a 120mm blue LED exhaust fan (Thermaltake)...the Thermaltake's LED's have a constant bright blue output. The Tuniq's LED's however dim as you turn the fan speed down...I have all system fans on lowest speed settings and you'd never know there were LED's in the Tuniq.

Even at full tilt I can't tell there are LED's in the Tuniq.

That's my .02

You can always replace the fan with a different LED fan if ya want a brighter one in there. The reason it dims when you turn it down is because fan controlers like that slow the fan by limiting the amount of current its getting therefore the lights are gonna dim as well. Any LED fan connected to a controller like that will do the same.

I have two Thermaltake 120mm Blue LED fans (one exhaust, one intake)...both connected to the included Thermaltake rheostat contollers (the type that use an expansion card slot).

Thermaltake Blue Eye 120mm LED Fan

They both maintain the same brightness no matter how slow or how fast you have the fans spinning.
