This pic shows (sorry about the resolution, i had to use my camera phone, will have better quality when finished) the 3 way splitter im gonna use to run a line into the earpiece.

I had to remove the external antenna assemply completely to get this to fit. The line is thick, but I use smaller medical tubes inside which isn't finished. The external antenna assembly isn't needed unless you use a car antenna. Which I don't so it will not affect reception.

This picture shows where I'm hooking the first intake point. I plan to have it continue up through the earpiece and back out. Like I said though, I'm far from finished.

another angle

Moving on...

Here is another shot of the first inlet tube and the phone completely together, sans the earpiece connection. Working on that now. Again, I know nothing spectacular yet but I'm only like 15% complete... This takes awhile, even for someone who works on cellphones for a living. Please have patience, this may take a day, or 3 I don't know what problems may arise...

Another shot....

here is one with the splitter in the photo

It doesn't look like much, and I don't have internal pics yet cuz well, I'm still trying to figure the best way to route this tubing. I've been mostly working on it at work. (better tools) and some coworkers have helped out with some ideas. So again, i apologize for the resolution, but the project is moving forward! I'm actually having fun with this...

do you know what you're using for a waterblock?!?!

I'm gonna answer the above the posts..
Tubing, the first is fishtank airpump type tubing, right where it enters the phone is a connector to smaller tubing, medical tubing I got from a hospital. The waterblock, well... i'm still working on that. I have a couple choices but none great ones, My coworker thought of an idea and will be bringing something into work tomorrow so we will see. There will be no waterblock for the earpiece. Just a circle of tubing. I don't think I can fit any type of waterblock over/under the digital speaker without ruining the sound quality, or blocking the sound all together. So I will surround it will tubing.
As for the pump? well... I think I have something special planned for that. It'll be a suprise. Hope you get a laugh if I use it...

Internal shots will be coming soon. Next time I have the phone open I will get pics... Again, it's only like 15% complete, theres still alot of work to do.

EDIT:
Just want you all to note: That I'm only building this for fun/humor/to be the first. It's not gonna look clean (most likely) and it won't be practical. My two goals are that the phone works while being watercooled, and the watercooling works.

I will add dye or something to the water to at least make it look somewhat cool to not disappoint ya'll but just don't want everyone's expectations super high or anything.

Just realized it's hard to make posts like these, upload pictures and actually think about things when your drinking southern comfort...
