8 hrs typically. What are your temps looking like. download Coretemp if you can... it will say your temps, if you want to download CPUz it will display the stepping of the chip you have. MOre info will help us help you. I have the same board and overclocked an e2160 not to long ago...

K Ill post a screen shot of all that in a second once my rig gets warmed up. How do I set a ram divider on this mobo? It's a bit different than my old 939 DFI Lanboy.

You go to the M.I.T., and set the System Memory Multiplier (SPD). 2.00 is the 1:1 ratio.

Ohh ok, I just set it to a 5:6 ratio and now im gonna try 300mhz.

Can you download and install Coretemp? Please take a screenshot of CoreTemp running. This will tell us how good of a chip you got.

It looks like you have a M0 Revision chip, which has a max temp threshold of 71c. Now post that screen shot, I think we can get you a lot higher of clocks.
