Network Administrator Resume Help

Thread Starter
I'm applying for a job halfway across the country and I need to get my resume out by tomorrow. I have a good chance of landing this job. However I am not very good with resumes and formatting. Could someone make this look nice/professional for me?

Since my current work is not really relevant to the field, should I leave it off my resume?

Also, I'm in the process of completing my last two classes for my degree. The two certificates I got at my current school. I know I am probably missing some basic skills that I have and just forgot. Can you think of anything that I did forget? Any other suggestions?

Rep+ of course.

I would suggest that you write a "Cover Letter" for your resume. You can google it and get some samples. Make sure you include dates for your education. You want to sell yourself to them so make sure you include all the courses as well as skills.

What I do when writing resumes is I simply look at what they're requirements are and I list them and then include a list of how I meet all their requirements by simply giving them examples.

Good Luck

I'll be sure to see how to do a cover letter.

The thing is they don't have a job posting. It's one of my buddies former co-workers that got the job and he gets to hire three people under him. I have a rough idea what the job entails so I will go from there.
